How to Make Perfect Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

  • Guacamole
  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 1 tomato, de-seeded and diced
  • ¼ small hot chili
  • 30g coriander chopped
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • sea salt

Put the avocado in a bowl and crush into large chunks

Fold in the remaining ingredients with a fork
