Banana Date Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana ripe
  • ¼ cup of pitted dates
  • 1 ¼  cup of almond milk
  • Dash of cinnamon and sea salt
  • 2 table spoons of chia seeds soaked in water (for 1 hour)

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

Great breakfast or pre-workout meal.

Nutrition Facts: 325 calories, 50 g of carbs, 9 g of healthy fats, and 7 grams of protein.

Chai seeds
